Amsterdamse Atletiek Avond (AAA)

AAA Track Night is a unique summer evening on the track where performance, community and atmosphere come together. This event is open to everyone — whether you are an experienced runner chasing a fast time, part of a running crew, or simply curious to experience racing on the track for the first time.

Throughout the evening, runners can take part in different race formats. The 5000m will feature multiple heats, allowing participants to race with others around their own pace and get the best possible experience on the track. Alongside that, the 4x400 relay invites crews, friends, families and running groups to team up and compete together in a fun and energetic format. For those looking for something different, the elimination race brings excitement and intensity, with one runner dropping out every lap until only one remains.

But AAA Track Night is about more than racing alone. Around the track you will find music, food, drinks, ice baths and the opportunity to do a running analysis. The goal is to create an evening where people can race hard, connect with others and enjoy the culture around running in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
