THE CONCEPT

240 KM. TWO DAYS. ONE TEAM.

You and your team take on a continuous relay challenge through the heart of East Africa.

  • 120 km per day

  • Non-stop relay format

  • Teams rotate runners strategically

  • Every decision matters

You decide:Who runs. When they run. How hard they push. When they recover.

This is a race against time, terrain, and your own limits. but you face it together.

4 RUNNERS + 1 LOCAL HERO

Each team consists of:

  • 4 international runners

  • 1 local Kenyan or Ugandan runner

  • 1 dedicated team vehicle (your own branded matatu)

  • 1 local driver guiding every stage

The local hero is more than a teammate. They know the roads. The altitude. The rhythm of the land. They connect your effort to the community you run through.

The route is:

  • Designed for safety and pure experience

Endless red earth roads.Rolling landscapes. Wide open skies.

Every kilometer tells a story. Every horizon becomes a memory.
